About me

flowers

I am an integrative psychotherapeutic therapist/counsellor drawing from a number of psychotherapy disciplines. My 50-minute sessions are client-led and tailor-made for each individual. I facilitate a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space. Through active listening and reflection I encourage my clients to discover their own path to self-compassion and emotional wellness. Self-discovered learning can have significant influence in altering old thought processes and behaviours that are no longer serving us well.

What Happens Next:

On first contact which might be on the phone or by email, depending on the circumstance, we will briefly discuss what you want to achieve from therapy and I will describe what you might expect from our sessions. From then on our meetings will be face to face preferably, or by phone or Skype (if for any reason you can’t make it in person).

During an initial assessment session we’ll get to know each other a little and I will describe what you might expect during subsequent therapy sessions. We’ll talk about what you might like to achieve in therapy and, if we decide we might work well together, I will arrange a course of therapy sessions with you. We will work at your own pace and during your course of therapy we will regularly review what’s happening, to check that we are on track.

My sessions begin on a weekly basis and are 50 minutes long. I work in private therapy rooms in Eastbourne, Brighton and London. Please feel free to call or email me for hourly rates and to discuss what you would like to achieve.
